Boy Scouts
Sixth Avenue Baptist Church holds the charter from the
Greater Alabama Council of the Boy Scouts of America for two Boy Scout units:
Cub Scout Pack #415 for boys ages 6-10 and Boy Scout Troop 415 for boys ages
11-17. Our purpose is to provide an
education program for boys and young adults to build character, to train in the
responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness.
The Boy Scouts also encourages spiritual growth.
