REVEREND PHAREZ BROWN, Minister of Evangelism
Reverend Pharez D. Brown Sr. was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama to Pratt and Sandra Brown. He was licensed to preach the gospel in December of 2002, under the leadership and direction of Dr. Al B. Sutton Jr.
Rev. Brown’s ministerial mission is to provide effective, quality leadership under the Pastor’s vision by serving the congregation and the community. It is his desire to be a direct representative of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God both at Sixth Avenue Baptist Church and abroad. “God has brought me out of the iron furnace and included me into the fellowship for the people of His inheritance. While I am amongst the fellowship of His chosen people, it is my desire to be used by God and to be a blessing to Him and the His church”.
Rev. Brown is a graduate of Southeastern Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Studies and Theology.
Rev. Brown is the proud father of three wonderful children.
