Proverbs – Proverbs is one of the books of the Bible with the most practical direction on daily living. Come and explore this deep well of wisdom with us as we seek to apply these principles to our lives.
Facilitated by Gen. George Bowman Location: Boardroom
Respectable Sins As Christians, we believe that all sins are considered equal in God’s eyes. Yet while evangelicals continue to decry the Big Ones — such as abortion, adultery, and violence—we often overlook more deceptive sins. It seems we’ve created a sliding scale where gossip, jealousy, and selfishness comfortably exist within the church. In short, some sins have simply become acceptable. Join us as we continue our study of this important topic
Facilitated by Mrs. Sandra Prince Location: Room 207 (upstairs) Workbook Price: $15

Women: Married or Single – All to the Glory of God Open discussion and God’s perspective on everyday concerns of women. Come and bring any woman you know who is frustrated with the world’s viewpoint.

“That I’m a woman does not make me a different kind of Christian, but that fact does make me a different kind of woman. For I accept God’s idea of me, and my whole life is an offering back to Him of all that I am and all that He wants me to be.” –Elizabeth Elliott
Facilitated by Ms. Dottie Ike, Ms. Mildred Lanier and Ms. Dorothy Wilson Location: Room 203 (upstairs)

Every Man’s Battle Today’s media bombards men with sexual images and temptation, so it’s no wonder that men struggle with purity – even within the church. In this compassionate brother–to–brother guide, the authors tackle this serious problem head–on, offering a practical battle plan for men — married or single — who desire to live by God's standard.
Facilitated by Dr. Keith Elder Location: Room 209 (upstairs) Book Price: $12

Communication in Marriage  Communication problems are as old as Adam and Eve. In this 6–session study, we will explore what the Bible has to say about the obstacles and solutions to communication, how to communicate love to our spouses, how to avoid miscommunication, how to stop hurtful words, the importance of compromise, and finally how grace towards one another is the key to getting along.
Facilitated by Doug and Julia Ball   Location: Parlor

Fresh Encounters The importance of the church praying together is evident throughout the book of Acts. But today in most churches, corporate prayer isn’t a priority. Fresh Encounters is about seeing prayer in a whole new light and with renewed motivation. It will call you to new levels of intimacy with God.
Facilitated by Rev. Barnes   Location: Room 211 (upstairs) Workbook Price: $5
